Service / Operations Director
With over 30 years of experience as an Engineer, Service Manager and now Service / Operations Director, Steve’s knowledge of the HVAC industry is vast.
Steve has been at TPS for over 16 years and oversees the 18 man service department efficiently and with enthusiasm.
His passion to get the job done translates throughout the service team and as a consequence we will never let a customer down.
Finance / Operations Director
As an Accountant by trade, Phil heads the accounts department, general office and also oversees the IT systems which maintain the data for all jobs in progress, completed or invoiced.
Phil has been an integral part of TPS for over 15 years now and as Finance / Operations Director is responsible for at least 8 office staff at all times.
Whether it’s customer accounts, invoicing or end of year accounts, Phil and his team have got it covered.
Service Team Manager
Starting here as an engineer, Lee is well respected having worked his way through the ranks at TPS over the last 15 years and is now the Service Manager.
The engineers use Lee’s technical skills for a second opinion occasionally, but the customers regularly tap in to his knowledge when calling the office for assistance.
If you need an engineer or assistance there is every chance you will speak to Lee or one of his team when phoning in for the Service Department.
Service Team Leader
Having been with TPS for 14 years, Shaun started as an Engineer, progressing to Lead Engineer and is now the Service Team Leader.
Shaun is based mainly at our offices in the Service Department but still regularly carries out engineering duties on site.
Liaising with the Service Engineers and customers alike, many of the technical follow up quotes are produced in detail by Shaun.
Health & Safety
Tony’s background is from the manufacturing and service industries but he has been with TPS since 2011.
His meticulous attention to detail has proved ideal for TPS when maintaining all Health & Safety and legislative requirements.
Tony’s valued opinions, experience and common sense mean our customers and staff are in safe hands at all times.
Office Administration / Vehicle Fleet
If you phone our offices during normal office hours, you will usually be answered by one of our General Office Team and that could well be Peter.
Starting full-time college with the company and then working here for over six years Peter has a great understanding of what makes the office work well.
From the initial customer call, through to service, engineers job sheets, certificates, IT updates and fleet control, it’s all handled efficiently by Peter and the Office Team.
Emma has been with TPS for 13 years. She is an integral part of the team managing all administration and accounts work including invoicing and supplier payment runs as well as training all new office personnel.
Emma works closely with Phil and knows TPS inside and out. Emma has recently returned from maternity leave and is putting her parental skills to good, keeping everyone on their toes in the office as well as our engineers out on the road.
Hannah came to TPS 8 years ago shortly after finishing college here in Marple. Originally working in our Admin Team she has since gained qualifications in Business Administration. Two years ago she was promoted to working with our Service Team and now is the main liaison between our service team, suppliers and our customers. Hannah produces most of the quotations that are sent to our customers then arranges the works to be carried out.
Debbie has been working at TPS since 2014. Debbie produces our sales invoices and is someone whom all customers will liaise with at one time or another. Debbie thrives on keeping busy and being on top of her workload. Please provide order numbers on time or Debbie will be on the case!
Hayley joined TPS in 2017 and is usually the first point of contact when you phone TPS to arrange for an engineer visit. Hayley will create your job on our system and then inform the Service Department of the call-out requirements. Hayley also helps with the chasing of order numbers, preparing quotations and other general duties.
Zack is the newest member of our Office Admin Team and is carrying out an apprenticeship in business administration. Zack is currently studying but he already has good IT skills which have really proved useful here in the office.
There are currently over 15 full time highly qualified engineers on the TPS Team out in the field.
If you have a service or breakdown need you will meet one of our Service Engineers as soon as we can attend.
Over a period you will get to know the team and many of the engineers have been here over 10 years.
Out of normal office hours, calls go directly to the engineers on call, evening or weekend.
